A wedding hair stylist is a professional specializing in bridal and bridal party hair design — including updos, half-up styles, loose waves, braided looks, and veil or accessory placement. Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists provides wedding hair styling services in Dallas-Fort Worth for brides, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride, and full wedding parties, on-location at your venue, hotel, or getting-ready suite. Every style is engineered to hold through 10–12 hours of wear, photography, and Dallas heat — so your look stays consistent from first-look through the last dance. Paige is a licensed cosmetologist and Ogle School graduate with 16+ years of bridal hair experience.
Every booking starts with your dress neckline, veil choice, venue lighting, and aesthetic — then we build the style.

Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists offers bridal updos, half-up styles, soft waves, braided looks, and sleek modern styles for Dallas-Fort Worth weddings. Each style is customized to your dress, veil, and venue, then finalized during a trial and executed on your wedding day by Paige — a licensed cosmetologist with 16+ years of bridal hair experience.
A wedding hair stylist is most valuable when your day involves a bridal party, professional photography, a formal venue, or a structured timeline — situations where coordinated readiness matters. Day-of styling ensures your look holds through ceremony, photos, and reception, and keeps the morning on schedule when multiple people are getting ready together.
For elopements, minimalist styles, or very small weddings where flexibility matters more than coordination, a salon blowout may be sufficient. The value of a dedicated wedding hair stylist scales with the complexity of your day.
Veil placement is what separates a professional wedding hair stylist from a general salon blowout. We handle cathedral, chapel, fingertip, and birdcage veils, plus combs, pins, tiaras, and floral accessories — placing them securely and building the style around the accessory. If you plan to remove the veil after the ceremony, we coordinate a look that works with and without it.
For brides who want added length or volume, hair extensions can be incorporated into your wedding day look. Extensions pricing is quoted separately during your consultation so we can align length, method, and quantity with your style and budget. Coordinated hair for mothers, grandmothers, and flower girls can be added to the same booking.
Your wedding hair trial is booked 4–8 weeks before your wedding date, in-studio at our Oak Cliff location. The trial covers one or two style options, works with your actual veil when possible, and gives us a reference library for the day of. On your wedding morning, we arrive early, set up at your getting-ready location, and allocate 45–60 minutes per person for hair — enough buffer to keep the full bridal party on schedule.
Unlike salons that assign whichever stylist is available, Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists pairs you with the same lead artist from trial through wedding day. Timelines are built backward from your ceremony time, not from salon-chair availability.
Bride hair starts at $250 through Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists, or from $750 for a full bridal hair and makeup package with Paige personally. Additional bridal party members are $125 per service ($150 per service with Paige). Travel within Dallas-Fort Worth is included; travel beyond DFW is $3/mile. Trials start at $450 in-studio ($550 with Paige). A 20% gratuity applies to parties of 6 or more.
Each person knows their slot, the bride is styled last for freshness in photos, and buffer time is built in — a dress hiccup won’t throw off the ceremony. You focus on the day; we hold the timeline.
Updos, soft waves, and veil styling across DFW weddings — built to last from first look to last dance.
Both. Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists offers wedding hair as a standalone service or paired with bridal makeup in a combined package. Many brides book both, either with Paige personally (full hair and makeup package from $750) or with a lead artist from our team.
