On-Site Wedding Hair & Makeup
in Dallas-Fort Worth
We travel to your venue, hotel, or home — the whole party stays in one place, DFW travel included.
We come to your morning.
On-site wedding hair and makeup is a mobile beauty service where a licensed professional artist travels to your getting-ready location — hotel suite, venue bridal suite, private home, or Airbnb — and handles the bride and bridal party where they already are. Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists provides on-site wedding hair and makeup across Dallas-Fort Worth for brides who want the full bridal party to stay in one place, with DFW travel included in every booking.
Who should choose on-site service?
On-site service is the right fit when the wedding morning has real logistical weight — a bridal party of four or more, a venue-based wedding where everyone is already on site, a hotel wedding where the suite doubles as getting-ready space, or a timeline tight enough that losing an hour to salon traffic would break the schedule. It’s also the right fit when the bride simply doesn’t want to drive or sit in a salon on her wedding morning.
When studio appointments may work equally well: a small wedding with one or two people getting ready, a bride whose venue has a partnered in-house stylist, or a flexible timeline with no ceremony-time pressure. If you’re weighing the two, contact Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists and we’ll tell you honestly which fits your wedding.
What on-site service actually means.
On-site (also called mobile, on-location, or travel) service is the opposite of a salon appointment. Instead of the bridal party scattering to different salons and reconvening at the venue, the full hair and makeup team arrives at a single getting-ready location with professional kit, airbrush equipment, and portable stations. The bride gets dressed where she finishes her makeup, and photographers get clean getting-ready coverage without location changes.
Studio-quality work, any room.
Most on-site bookings happen in a venue bridal suite, a hotel suite, a private residence, or a rented Airbnb. Our kit delivers studio-quality work in any room: the full professional makeup kit with airbrush unit, the full hair kit with hot tools and extensions stock, portable directional lighting, and a long power strip. Products are chosen for long wear and consistent performance across indoor and outdoor wedding lighting.
All we ask you to provide is a clean workspace near an outlet, a mirror, and — for parties of five or more — room for two artists to work side by side. Unlike artists who expect brides to supply salon chairs and lighting, Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists arrives self-sufficient.
Do you travel to my wedding venue?
Yes. Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists travels to every wedding venue, hotel, and private residence across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex — including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, McKinney, Highland Park, and Southlake. Travel within DFW is included in the booking. For venues beyond the metro, a travel fee of $3 per mile applies. Destination weddings outside Texas are also available — see our destination wedding makeup page.
Arrival times.
Arrival time is calculated backward from the ceremony so the bride finishes last for the freshest makeup in photos. Additional fees may apply for start times before 8 a.m. or mid-morning location changes — see the pricing guide for current rates.
How much does on-site wedding hair and makeup cost in Dallas?
On-site wedding hair and makeup in Dallas starts at $250 for the bride’s makeup and $250 for the bride’s hair, or from $750 for a full bridal hair and makeup package with Paige Anderson personally (includes airbrush, lashes, and luxury skin prep). Additional bridal party members are $125 per service ($150 with Paige). Travel within DFW is included. Full pricing is available on the pricing guide.
No one is driving. No one is stuck in traffic. The bridal party stays together in one room, the timeline is controlled by the team that set it, and the bride is the last to have makeup applied so her look is fresh for first-look photos.
On-location, on the day.

On-site questions.
What time do you arrive at the venue on the wedding day?
For a 2:00 p.m. ceremony with a six-person bridal party, we typically arrive by 7:00 a.m. — the bride finishes last for the freshest makeup in photos, with a buffer before the dress. The final timeline is confirmed with you two weeks before the wedding.
What does my venue or hotel need to provide?
A clean workspace, a mirror, two accessible electrical outlets, and room for two artists to work comfortably if the party is five or more. Natural window light is ideal but not required — we bring our own directional lighting.
Is there an extra fee for an early morning start?
If the start time falls before 8:00 a.m., an early morning surcharge applies until 8:00 a.m. — common for weddings with a morning ceremony or tight first-look photography windows. See the pricing guide for current rates.
Hotel suite, venue bridal suite, or private home?
All three. Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists has worked out of downtown Dallas hotel suites, dedicated bridal suites at DFW wedding venues, private residences, and rented Airbnbs in Fort Worth and Frisco.
