How It Works
Booking Your Beauty Service

From first inquiry to camera-ready result — four predictable steps across Dallas-Fort Worth.

The Process

Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists is a professional makeup and hair artist serving clients across Dallas-Fort Worth, with a four-step booking process designed to take your event from first inquiry to polished, camera-ready result.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, a corporate shoot, a prom, an editorial production, or a one-time event, every booking moves through the same predictable sequence: consultation, date reservation, trial (for bridal clients), and day-of service. The process below explains exactly what to expect at each stage — what you’ll do, what we’ll do, and when.

The Four Steps

From first hello to day-of.

01Consultation

Free consultation

Every booking begins with a free consultation — no payment required, no obligation. You’ll reach out through our contact form or by phone at (214) 448-6438 to share your event details: date, location, type of service, number of people, and any style references you’ve been collecting. Within 1–2 business days, Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists will respond with service availability, a recommended package, and a clear price quote based on our published pricing guide.

What you’ll need to know Date, location (city/venue), service type, and approximate headcount.

02Book the date

Book your date

Once the quote is approved, your date is reserved with a signed contract and a deposit. For bridal clients, the deposit typically secures both the wedding date and the trial slot. For corporate, editorial, and event clients, the contract locks in the specific call time and crew size. Dates are reserved on a first-confirmed basis — peak wedding season (March–June and September–November) and prom season (April–May) both fill 6–12 months in advance, while editorial and production bookings typically lock 2–8 weeks out. Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists sends all contracts and invoices digitally.

What happens after You receive a confirmation, a pre-event questionnaire (for weddings, large events, and production bookings), and direct contact with Paige for any follow-up questions.

03Trial · bridal

Trial session (bridal clients)

Bridal clients receive a trial. Event, editorial, corporate, and prom clients skip to Step 4.

Bridal clients receive a full-application trial session 4–8 weeks before the wedding date. The in-studio trial runs about 2 hours and includes makeup, hair, and unlimited adjustments until the look feels right. Trials start at $450 (or $550 when working directly with Paige), and the cost is separate from the wedding-day package. You’ll leave the trial with the finalized look documented in notes and photos so the day-of artist can replicate it precisely.

Tip Bring your wedding hair accessories (veil, clips, combs) to the trial so we can style around them.

04Day-of service

Day-of service

On the event day, Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists arrives at your chosen location — a wedding venue or hotel suite, a production studio, a corporate office, a photo set, or your home — with a full professional kit and a detailed timeline. For weddings, we typically arrive 3–4 hours before the ceremony. For editorial shoots and corporate events, arrival is calibrated to your call time (often earlier for multi-talent productions). On-location travel within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is included in standard pricing; clients in Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, and McKinney pay no additional travel fee. Every booking includes a touch-up kit handoff at the end of service, so lips, skin, and hair stay camera-ready through the rest of the event.

What happens at the end Final touch-ups, a signed completion confirmation, and a handoff kit with lipstick and blotting papers for the day ahead.

Why It’s Easy

What makes this process easy for clients.

Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists manages the entire experience from consultation through day-of handoff — scheduling, contracts, timelines, artist coordination for larger groups, and on-location logistics. With 16+ years of experience across weddings, editorial productions, corporate events, and film sets, clients don’t manage logistics; we do. Your only job is to show up ready. This is the same level of production-grade coordination we’ve delivered for clients from Dolce & Gabbana, CNN, and AT&T.

Self-Identification

Who this process is designed for.

This booking system is built for clients who want a fully managed beauty experience — not a rushed salon appointment or a DIY coordination problem. Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists works best with:

  • Brides planning 6–12 months out who want a trial, a documented look, and a coordinated wedding-morning timeline.
  • Clients needing on-location service across Dallas-Fort Worth — we bring the kit, the timeline, and the setup to you.
  • Group bookings of 2–15+ people requiring multiple artists working in rotation.
  • Corporate, editorial, and production clients needing camera-ready makeup with on-set continuity management.
  • Clients who value predictability — clear pricing, clear timelines, clear communication.

What to expect from your day-of appointment

Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists arrives on time with a full kit, a sanitized workstation setup, and a printed schedule. We manage the bridal party or production timeline, rotate through artists for groups, and coordinate with photographers on first-look timing. Every booking includes a post-service touch-up kit. Average per-person time: 30–45 minutes for makeup, 45–60 minutes for hair.

How far in advance should you book?

Bridal clients should book 6–12 months before the wedding date — peak season (March–June and September–November) fills earliest. Event and editorial bookings are accepted 2–8 weeks out depending on complexity. Prom bookings open in January for April–May dates and fill within weeks. Group bookings of 2–15+ people get additional artists for parties larger than six.

Typical timeline at a glance

Non-bridal clients skip the trial step. Total lead time: 2 weeks for events, 6–12 months for weddings.

Frequently Asked

Questions about booking.

How do I book Paige Anderson Makeup and Hair Artists?

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis and is subject to artist availability on the new date. For weddings, we ask for at least 30 days’ notice when possible.
